200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

The Solstice Yoga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training is a combination of traditional eastern yoga practice and modern western yoga practice. The Solstice Yoga Teacher Training focuses on intelligent sequencing based in biomechanics and anatomy knowledge supported by hands-on assists and alignment. Straightaway, you will experience teaching poses and portions of a sequence so that during the entirety of the 200-hours, you have the opportunity to build your personal teacher voice and presence before you step out to teach on your own.
