200 Hour Immersion Yoga Teacher Training - Spring 2022

The Solstice Yoga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training is a combination of traditional eastern yoga practice and modern western yoga practice. Our training is well-rounded and appropriate for the dedicated yogi who would like to start teaching yoga as well as the student who would like to delve deeper into the wisdom of yoga and deepen their personal practice.

The Solstice Yoga Teacher Training focuses on intelligent sequencing based in biomechanics and anatomy knowledge supported by hands-on assists and alignment. Straightaway, you will experience teaching poses and portions of a sequence so that during the entirety of the 200-hours, you have the opportunity to build your personal teacher voice and presence before you step out to teach on your own. 

We’re honored to offer this Yoga Alliance Registered Certification in order to provide an opportunity for you to hone in and listen to your body’s needs and explore intuitive listening to benefit both your practice and that of your future students.  

We’re excited to welcome guest teachers who bring a high-level of expertise in their niche to offer our students the ability to explore different avenues and styles in the yoga world. Upon completion of the training you will receive a Solstice Yoga Teacher Training Certification registered and recognized by Yoga Alliance.
