Budokon Yoga Series
Seven Week Series
Budokon means "Way of the Warrior Spirit” - harnessing the archetype of the yogi and the warrior. The Budokon practice is a unique, challenging, and freeing style that melds together yoga with martial arts, animal locomotion, calisthenics, and mindfulness and helps you to explore movement in new, yet familiar primal ways.
You'll learn ways in which to increase your mobility and flexibility in the spine and joints along with strengthening your body in a movement practice that inspired a movement culture: move like an animal.
Each week we’ll cover one of the seven sections of the BUdokon Primary Series so that by the end of the course, you’ll feel confident in each unique movement as well as the series as a whole.
This course is recommended for those who have previous yoga experience or martial arts experience. Beginners to the Budokon practice are welcome!
